Return Policy

At Desamara LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT and digital marketing services. Due to the nature of our services—many of which are custom-built, digital, and project-based—we operate under a specific return and refund policy outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy for Completed Services

Once a service has been rendered and delivered (such as a completed marketing campaign, website development, SEO services, or IT consultation), it is non-refundable. We ensure client approval at key milestones during projects to minimize dissatisfaction.

2. Deposits and Upfront Payments

For most projects, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. This secures your spot in our development or marketing schedule and covers time spent on planning and resource allocation.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless Desamara LLC is unable to deliver the service.
  • Full or partial prepayments for services are refundable only if work has not yet begun.

3. Subscription-Based Services

If you are subscribed to a recurring service (e.g., monthly SEO, PPC, hosting, or maintenance):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle after work has commenced.
  • If service was not rendered in a billing cycle due to our fault, you may request a full refund for that period.

4. Service Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project before completion:

  • Any hours or deliverables completed up to that point will be billed and deducted from the payment or deposit made.
  • Remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at our discretion based on the stage of the project.

5. Service Cancellation by Desamara LLC

We reserve the right to cancel a project if:

  • The client is non-responsive for more than 30 days
  • Terms of service are violated
  • Communication becomes abusive or unethical

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet performed.

6. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If we provide digital downloads, templates, or software products:

  • These are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless proven to be defective or inaccessible.
  • Issues must be reported within 7 days of purchase for eligibility for correction or replacement.

7. Dispute Resolution
